Failed Logins
Hi Martin,
I've had a massive amount of failed logins recently which is causing some disruption. I've tried logging in again manually and have even deleted the account and reloaded but the problem continues to persist. I've submitted my logs over the last couple of weeks, are you able to take a look?
Log ID - 85611
Cheers.

Re: Failed Logins
will take a look.
If there is an account I can test, that might be useful.
If that is ok, export the account and email it to:
If you need my IP to auth a proxy, let me know and I will sent it

Re: Failed Logins
Your proxy isn't workingThe remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required.
Or your proxy is IP auth and you haven't. Or is un:pw and you haven't provided it. Or the company are refusing it

Re: Failed Logins
Sorry for the late reply. I hadn't paid my bill for the proxies which was probably contributing to the problem as some of them have been suspended.
Most of my a 99% of my accounts seem to be logging in fine now. I have noticed a number of my accounts have not posted pics in a a week but are logged in. Could this be caused by the proxy account suspension also?

Re: Failed Logins
I'd need to see logs showing the issue.
Please perform the following:
Open the program. Delete or pause all existing actions. If actions are already running due to autorun on startup, disable autorun at startup and restart the app. All actions must be waiting, then pause all (or delete)
Delete existing logs
HELP > LOGS > VIEW
delete all files in the folder that opens
Perform the action:
***
post an image from one of the accounts not working.
Just a simple image, no GIF, no meta. The image nothing else
***
PLEASE NOTE: Do not perform other actions at the same time. Only use one thread. Do not run any actions after this action.
Then submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
and let me know the LOGS ID (just the number part is sufficient)
Regards,
Martin

Re: Failed Logins
I guess there is something going on with the "Log In" Button on Tumblr's site. Here and there it didn't click it for me, when i do a Open Browser.
When i click it myself the bot goes on and logins. When i come across an account again i will submit logs if you needed.

Re: Failed Logins
Are you referring to the BROWSER LOGIN routine? Or (and) the bot logging in via VERIFY: LOGIN action?

Re: Failed Logins
It depends.
1 instance with 1000 accounts, running 100% with lots of actions and lots of threads uses more resources than 1 instance with 10 accounts, running actions sporadically
If you want a guess, I will say 20 (2gb per instance then a little bit for the OS other programs)

Re: Failed Logins
Yes that is correct, i meant the Browser Login (stay logged in).martin@rootjazz wrote:Are you referring to the BROWSER LOGIN routine? Or (and) the bot logging in via VERIFY: LOGIN action?
It halts on tumblrs homepage with "browser login", where to select "Get Started" and "Log In". (https://www.tumblr.com/)
-->An error occurred, it has been logged, if persists, submit logs to support and let them know:
The LOG ID: 97846
Note: There is no loading spinning wheel in chrome and proxy is definately working, but in logs it tells timeout.
When i click manually the "Log In" Button, TJ goes further and logs me in. (just had one time not working ugh, maybe i waited too long to click)
For the "Verify Login" part, it actually works: 1 accounts validated out of 1
TJ Version 1.8.3.8
Extra Note: i did "Force SSL" to NO in tumblr options, maybe there is something going on with that?
