Following From List
I'm having a problem where I get my accounts to follow from a list but they follow 200 accounts then disappear from my processor. Is there anything I am doing wrong here?

What exactly are you doing?
what tab
what settings?

Can you explain further "disappear from my processor". Actions shouldn't ever disappear.then disappear from my processor. Is there anything I am doing wrong here?

Re: Following From List
I scrape notes of post and set to 2000. I then follow from the .text document created subsequent to that. My settings are to follow 200 blogs per day and to repeat 24 hours. This should allow me to not touch the account again until it has followed 2000 blogs, am I right? However, each account only ever seems to follow 400 blogs then the action disappears from the processor.

can you screen shot the settings for me so I can see EXACTLY how you set it up. As you say it should not happen.
Also submit your logs, maybe some info there
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

Re: Following From List
your keyboard should have a key, PRINTSCREEN, press it and you get a screen shot saved to your clipboard
You can then PASTE* that into an app that accepts it. Paint, word (maybe)
*paste via pressing and holding CNTRL then press v or usually can right click and select PASTE or use the menu EDIT > PAUSE

Logs ID is 16612. I can take a screen shot no problem, but how do you want me to send it to you? I can't seem to upload images here.
Cheers

Re: Following From List
sorry I should have asked to you create specific logs before: I cannot follow complex logs when there appears to many other non-relevant actions
Please perform the following:
Open the program. Delete or pause all existing actions. If actions are already running due to autorun on startup, disable autorun at startup and restart the app. All actions must be waiting, then pause all (or delete)
Delete existing logs
HELP > LOGS > VIEW
delete all files in the folder that opens
Perform the action:
***
create your follow action as you do normally
then when you notice the issue, then submit logs
***
PLEASE NOTE: Do not perform other actions at the same time. Only use one thread. Do not run any actions after this action.
Then submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
and let me know the LOGS ID (just the number part is sufficient)
Regards,
Martin
