How to set specific comments per user?
Hey Martin,
Right click on some account and I get a lot of different options.
Is there a way to pre-set comments per account?
So whenever account x set to comment on a track, he always random choose some pre-set comment.
Regards

You need to set them for each action you create. You can view the previous comments saved. But you cannot save to account and have those used

Re: How to set specific comments per user?
Thanks for noting my request. The idea instead of "set comments per track" each time,
you can simply give all your accounts 10-15 or even more pre-set comments (right click, set comments pro selected account)
and on every tab with comment function you can check "use pre-set comments" to use pre-set comments (randomly)
or you don't check this option, and you can use the "set comments per track" option as before.
That would improve my workflow, save me a lot of time & you know how important this is
Anyway, thank you for getting back to me.
Have a great rest of the day!
Cheers

In which folder were the used comments saved? and can I delete some specific "sets" i've used before?

They are saved in the database in non-human readable files - so you cannot view / edit them that way.Just A User wrote: ↑Tue Oct 06, 2020 1:53 pmmartin@rootjazz wrote: ↑Mon Sep 28, 2020 6:59 pm You need to set them for each action you create. You can view the previous comments saved.

As for deleting, you should be able to highlight the rows and press DELETE key on your keyboard

Re: How to set specific comments per user?
how easy it can be, im sure i've tried it before I came to the forum... shame on me
i've checked the database folder is it "DbMessage2" ?
there are only three file in it, but I have a few more saved comments.
So maybe one file and a lot of comments per file.
Just in case I want to delete it there.

err. a message record can have multiple messages, but each row in the "existing messages" control relates to one file.there are only three file in it, but I have a few more saved comments.
