Scrape followers of... errors

Hi,

as the title already reveals I'm having problems using the Scrape Followers of profile.
It keeps giving me this:

Tried this with and without separate 'scraping' proxies, same result.
What Am I doing wrong? Or is this an issue with the software?

Need to see full logs please

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
