Scrape Proxies issue

Hi,
Since i had the software updated when i try to scrape for proxies the maximum amount of proxies i get it's 97 and it's all the time.
The plays aren't working at the moment and other features, is it because of the lack of proxies?

check you are not running any filters to ignore any proxies
