SCM doesn't open since last update v3.52164 - Issue Resolved (it was a windows failure, not SCM)

Hi,

when I try to open the program, I get the error message attached in screenshot and it keeps showing the logo but never opens.

what should I do ?

Strange. I assume you have tried a few times and every time is the same?




Goto the directory:
%appdata%\rootjazz\soundcloud manager\

then zip up the logs folder (right click > send to > zip)

If the file is less than 8mb, email it to me:

Code: Select all

support[at]rootjazz[dot]com
Otherwise upload somewhere and send me the link

Sorry for the late reply, I thought that I've updated the post, my bad :P

The problem was in the operating system, I've reinstalled a new windows image then the problem was solved, looks like something was ruined in system32.
