Streams failing (Plays increaser)

Post by capo7 »

Hey there,
Since I've updated to the latest stable version (3.5.1.164) there seems to be an issue with plays.
For every stream I add I get the following message:

Starting: 27/06/2019 13:01 PM
Starting increase plays: https://soundcloud.com/tanzgemeinschaft ... c-arkhamra num: 91 with: 1454 proxies with threads: 12
Scraping track details :https://soundcloud.com/tanzgemeinschaft ... c-arkhamra
Extract JSON:https://soundcloud.com/tanzgemeinschaft ... c-arkhamra
* FAILED: trackdetails: 2934872365748273947 : Couldn't extract index1 for extraction
* UNKNOWN ERROR OCCURRED - see logs for more info.
If the problem continues, please submit logs to support.

SC either reverting changes, making more changes or doing something tricky.

The new updates should be able to handle it all (hopefully)

Hello Martin,

Thank you for looking into this. Much appreciated.
I have been running it for some days now and I see some things that do not seem to work as it should:
- once a stream is completed, the next one does not start automatically
- when I click Run Next, the created date changes to a day in the year 2018

cheers

I doubt it is specific to the plays increaser, but the repeat / working hours settings for the action.

Can you replicate this issue from a new action? If so, please describe EXACTLY how to replicate the issue (screenshot may help). Please provide enough details for me to replicate and cause the issue.

And just to confirm, the time/date on your machine is correct?

Program does not auto start the next stream. Need to click on RUN NOW.

Can you explain how you created the action, STEP BY STEP.

i.e.
start app
goto plays tab
....

Also screen shot the action tab

Then before turning the processor on / running the action
Clear logs: HELP > LOGS > VIEW > delete files in folder
Run the above created action ONLY. Only run this action, do not run others, do not do anything whilst the test is running.

Then when the action completes / fails / errors.
Submit logs
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

Regards,
Martin
