Hello Martin!
Got problems when i'm trying to verify accounts with pop settings which includes e-mails which are different from e-mails accounts were created with.
It tells Success at the end , but nothing happened. Account doesn't verified.

Can you check this? Or i can submit logs (i've created new db instance & now can do this without stopping many actions)

Did you run the UPDATE EMAIL function, which will update your email on SC?

If you just change the email / pop values in the account form, this will NOT WORK. First you need to run the UPDATE EMAIL function from ACCOUNTS tag, which will change it on SC, then request verification email, then you can verify it with your new details

submit logs please

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

I need to reference the emails and best not to do that in public. I am not entirely sure what you did / what has happened from the logs so need to clarify a few things

I have run tests and if you set the new email + pop details correctly, then the program does update the pop settings and they will be used to log in correctly.

I can only assume you did not format this correctly, so the pop details were not updated, thus you are logging into the wrong pop details.


For this account, update the pop details manually then try and verify again it should work

I've add pop settings in a usual way. In this way it's work perfectly when i'm create accounts.

I will try to do this again right now.

Still nothing , it's going to e-mail => do something => deleting e-mails from inbox => writing Success but account still doesn't verified.

I'm already hit you on e-mail , i can send you logs again or copy/paste you info from completed process.
