Something is wrong with the new version of SCM. I think it started as of 3.417
Every time I set up a series of actions in the "processing" tab, one invariably will not run.
Usually it's the first action in the processor, but not always -- sometimes it's the 2nd, 3rd or 4th.
Martin -- please test your latest build. Have multiple actions run at the same time.
You will see one of the actions will not run.
HELP - Actions Not Processing
Re: HELP - Actions Not Processing
I believe the user in this thread is having the same problem: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=6066
The action just sits in the processing tab but never runs.
It is 100% NOT a proxy issue, as the support staff erroneously suggested.
You can replicate the problem yourself with SCM 3.417 and onward. Please attempt this before asking us to submit logs.

steps - of any action that will cause me same issue at my end
Logs - Your actions processed data ( that will help us to understand what is wrong techinally)
Please send us the log -
GOTO APPLICATION TOP BAR
HELP > LOG > DELETE ALL THE LOGS
Run any action that is not completing for you
after x time cancel it
after it gets cancelled
GOTO HELP > LOG > SUBMIT
Do not run any other actions, just run the action and after it ends, submit the log, also note the log id
Post the log ID here.
Please understand that things migh be different at your end and only logs can tell us what is wrong there.

Logs #26596
Re: HELP - Actions Not Processing
I run multiple instances of SCM on multiple virtual machines.
Every single one has the problem I outlined in this post -- one of the actions from the list will freeze and never complete.
It is not an isolated issue or a proxy issue. It is a problem across all new builds of SCM.

Re: HELP - Actions Not Processing
can you provide me with the steps you take EXACTLY to cause this. If I can cause it, I can fix it ASAP.

Re: HELP - Actions Not Processing
That's because they don't process any further. They freeze on the screengrab I uploaded above.martin@rootjazz wrote: ↑Mon Apr 30, 2018 5:47 pmunfortunately they give no information. in fact just looks like you uploaded during the action.

1) Select multiple accountsmartin@rootjazz wrote: ↑Mon Apr 30, 2018 5:46 pm can you provide me with the steps you take EXACTLY to cause this. If I can cause it, I can fix it ASAP.
2) Create repost action via search term
3) All will run successfully except one, which will freeze inexplicably
or
1) Select multiple accounts
2) Create mass repost for specific URL
3) All instances will run successfully except one, which will freeze inexplicably
