Re: Understanding 'file paths'
Actually the program is made to scrape avatars from soundcloud profiles only. In order to scrape avatars, you need to specify 1 or multiple SC profiles urls per line and then do the action as you have did with facebook url. The program will not scrape avatars from any other platform ( may work but that is not intended ).Db949 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 25, 2018 11:21 pm Okay, so I tried to test it out and failed. I opened notepad, put a facebook link on the first line and saved it. I then opened SC manager and went to the scrape list/Email section and then scrape avatar from list .. I put the file path there and it went to the processor for 1 second and said completed. Isn't it supposed to get pictures for me? What did I do wrong?

Still didn't work, It just said this; don't know what I'm doing wrong. Is there a specif place the avatar gets saved when you scrape the file?
Let me help you.
Create 1 text file having 2-3 sc profile link 1 per line
Example:
https://soundcloud.com/profilename
https://soundcloud.com/edsheeran
..
Open SCM
Goto Scraper TAB
Browse the text file you created
Click scrape avatar
For path where all the gets saved - please double click on the action when it gets completed. It should something like
c:\\......Soundcloudmanager\saveddata\avatars
But, the real time log will say exactly.
Although if you did input the path below then i would say it is not a valid path
The exact path of the textfile will look likeC:\Users\Donbr_000\Documents\Test Avatar File Path\File Path.txt scrape_avatars
c:\\demo.txt
