it says the HTTP request signup accounts is back (again) but I can't seem to use it

What do you mean? What are you having trouble with? Or do you just not know how to use the module at all (never used previously when was working?
If not, check the tutorials.
I am going to lock this thread now as it is for updates only really, not support. So any issues please make a new thread
