Receiving "Failed to Create Chrome Driver" When Making New Accounts

Post by jamesdutta23 »

Hi there,

New to SoundCloud Manager, but I have been through the tutorial series for v3, however I'm unsure why I am getting hit with this exact error.

I am following the exact steps in the tutorial for v3 making Accounts as well. The steps are shown below in the screenshot:

Now when I go to process, I am being shown this error from my Processing log:

My Log ID is: logs_91903_jamesduttaaolcom_3.3.5.7_SoundCloud Manager_

Hopefully there is a solution to this, thanks guys!

double check the soundcloud manager program files folder is whitelisted in your AV / security software.

Ensure you are up to date with SCM:
https://soundcloudmanager.com/updatetesting.html

and chrome

Also, are you trying to use public proxies? they will never work, or very very poor success rate as public proxies cannot hold the connection long enough for a browser component.

In SCM if you want to create accounts, use the HTTP REQUESTS method and buy 2captcha credit:
viewtopic.php?f=15&t=3896

your success rate will be close to 100% and even public proxies should create some (although likely to get banned quite quick)

Hey Martin, thanks for the reply that I am just seeing now.

How do I whitelist the SoundCloud Manager program files exactly?

depends on your AV / security software. There should be a way to "whitelist" or "allow" or "ignore" or something along those lines.

Google your AV program and whitelist apps, usually you can whitelist a folder, which should do the trick
