Where did you send them?I actually did send you the logs and the ID #. Maybe you never looked at my logs and found the errors. I dont know

All mails / all forum posts are 99% of the time responded to same day (usually fixed, but you will always get a responses acknowledging the contact. If you didn't, then either I missed it / didn't receive or put it to one side to look at in detail later and forgot (rare but does happen in all honesty)
Now, we have two options on how to move forward.
1) You can keep complaining and insist I have what I need
2) or provide me all the details I need to help you (even if you have sent them before) and I can look into it.
For (2).
clear all existing logs
HELP > LOGS > VIEW > delete all files in folder
perform a single action with a single account to generate the issue:
MASS FOLLOW tab, check account >input profile > run action
MASS LIKE tab, check account >input profile > run action
run JUST those two actions, do not run anything else, do not do anything else
Then submit logs
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
Also, if you have an account that does NOT work for you, please export that account and email it to me for testingIf you are weary of sending me an account, I can assure you, over 5 years I have been sent 1000s of accounts for testing and not once has anyone even raised the accusation they were used in anyway other than stated. However, if you do not want to, I understand, but then please accept the fact that the issue will take longer to resolve, as I said this is NOT an issue for me and others. Unless I can replicate the issue and monitor the code / network during the issue, resolving it is very difficultCode: Select all
