Play Increaser Not Working

Can't make new 'Play Increaser' actions.

Existing 'Play Increaser' actions showing this error:

I installed the new update and SCM won't even start. It just immediately crashes.

Thanks for the quick reply. After installing it seems that SC Manager does not open. With no error shown and not in Task Manager.
