it wont load or open i just bought it and im dissapointed

What happens when you try? Anything?
What OS are you using?
All our applications require the *FULL* .Net 4.0 Framework
You can download and install it here

Can you send me your logs files
Click the Windows / Start button (or press the Windows key on your keyboard)
In Windows 7 you can type straight into the search box, in XP click run first
Type
%appdata%\rootjazz\soundcloud manager\logs
In the folder that opens, please zip up all files and email them to me
