Can't follow

Hello, I bought the software yesterday and added 2 accounts and they were working just fine, now I am getting this message when trying to follow:

goto the ACCOUNTS tab
check your account
click the link VALIDATE ACCOUNT: LOGIN (or maybe it says VERIFY: LOGIN)

Run the action, does it succeed?

goto MASS FOLLOW

enter a URL to follow
check your account
run the action
Does it work?

submit logs

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
