Hi Martin
My database/logs are getting really huge. I'm wondering: What can i delete/purge without running into issues (like repeated actions - one of the things SC is very aggressive against)

you cannot
best you can do is:
%appdata%\rootjazz\Soundcloud Manager
and delete
\logs
\backups ***these are your backups of data which perhaps you don't want to delete, but will free space so your call****
this can also be deleted, it was used for debugging and could end up using a lot of space
\database\dbloggeddatashared
