cleared and submitted my logs again:

before that, i deleted and tried to re-add my account...but with no success. Logging in normally from my browser worked, so its not a forgotten password issue or such.

perhaps your AV is blocking the program, if so try and whitelist the .exe and .dlls in the program files folder for SCM

Still not working!
i uninstalled AntiVirus completely and restarted, to check...
I may try again in other pc, unless you have any other idea

could you try on another PC, just so we have more information. If we know it is that machine, then we can look more closely at what it could be. If it is not working across the board, then we need to look at other avenues
