Wont let me login to my account

Hi guys Im new to the forum and I've just purchased the soundcloud manager software . I attempted to login many times with the correct password and email to the account I want to promote and it keeps failing at entry . I need help please and thankyou

Add the account
uncheck VERIFY ACCOUNT
Click save

The account should appear in your ACCOUNTS LIST
goto the ACCOUNTS tab
check your account
click the button VERIFY: LOGIN

this will add the action to the PROCESSING TAB
goto the processing tab, click RUN
the verify action should run
double click the action and you will see the logs of the login attempt. Copy and paste those to me and email them to

also submit app logs
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
