Browser Login doesn't open Chrome

Post by sleepyboi »

Every time I try and use 'Browser Login' the black CMD window appears then tries to open Google Chrome but it closes instantly and says that no cookies could be generated.

I have installed the correct Chrome 109 driver from here: viewtopic.php?f=28&t=8193&p=50920&hilit ... ver#p50920

But it still doesn't work. Below is my Chrome version - is anyone experiencing this? Or know a potential solution?

SCM doesn't use the chromedriver with the installer. It downloads a specially modified one to be undetectable to soundcloud (only way I could find to bypass soundcloud detections.

But it means you need a supported OS, windows 8 is end of life

Windows 8.1 end of life
As a reminder, Windows 8.1 has reached end of support on January 10, 2023. At this point technical assistance and software updates will no longer be provided. If you have devices running Windows 8.1, we recommend upgrading them to a more current, in-service, and supported Windows release.
Please update to windows 10/11

So the browser is now opening after I upgraded to Windows 10 but 'Acc cookies to Browser' isn't working. It opens the account and goes to soundcloud.com/feed - the account is logged in and it shows the feed of the account but then the browser closes and says 'No cookies set'.

I tried to do it on a few accounts, here are the logs: logs_32219

Thanks for your help!

Did you follow the various steps here:

manual / auto / auto close etc etc

Yes, just to be clear I'm using the 'Acc Cookies to Browser' and not the 'Browser Generate Cookies' option. I tested with unticking the auto close and auto login options and the result is still the same.
