Hi,

None of the accounts has issues. I did a personal test where I comment on a random track manually, and it worked fine. Plus, my delays were always 200 to 350 seconds.

It seems like the login is giving an error when I did the validation. How can I fix this?

Read my previous posts please and provide the information requested. As I have said, everything working here and confirmed by others, so it seems something strange, based on your account, or the machine, or something I haven't seen yet.

But the tests outlined in my previous post will help me to narrow down your issue

Please perform:

1) Clear logs: HELP > LOGS > DELETE
2) Run the action that you are having an issue with.


Goto the ACCOUNTS tab
Check the account
Right click the account and select DELETE COOKIES
click the link VALIDATE :LOGIN

This will create an action and send it to the PROCESSING TAB
Goto the processing tab and click RUN. The action will run.
You can double click the action to view the logs and submit logs.

DO NOT RUN ANY OTHER ACTIONS AT THE SAME TIME
***


3) If the issue happens again, submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

Are you running the app from home?
From a server?
From a VPS?
In a VM?
Through a proxy / VPN?


May I test the account here?
If I can test the account, that would be helpful: If so, export the account (export button bottom right of accounts list) and email the exported file:

It seems SC have started blocking VPS / SERVER / low quality proxies from login / signup / commenting.


People are reporting some issues, but on high quality IPs / home IPs it's all working 100%


Anyway having issues, please change the IP / test on home IP

If you are, try with a REAL account without proxy.

SC are doing IP checks and blocking / refusing / ghosting and all sorts if they don't like your IP / proxy.
