HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
then send your logs ID - the numbers are sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
Tell me what the error in the app says
Tell me what you tried. Fake account on a crappy proxies trying to spam some link, or a real account on your local IP with a genuine non-spam message.
SC is stopping commenting, either by ghosting or returning empty response on blocked accounts / low quality footprinted proxies
If you really want to be helpful, issue specific logs:
Please perform:
1) Clear logs: HELP > LOGS > DELETE
2) Run the action that you are having an issue with.
Attempt a MASS COMMENT on ONE track with ONE account
***
DO NOT RUN ANY OTHER ACTIONS AT THE SAME TIME
***
3) If the issue happens again, submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

I'm using accounts made with my own emails manually. And the comments I'm using are conversation like without any links or anything. Only complimenting the artist.
I did the logs delete.
I'm only getting comment errors.
The likes are working.
And I run with a single account. Without anything else running.
I've submitted the logs. 9967
Please have a look and tell me whats could be causing it.

Couple of things
1) May I test the account? If so, that would tell us whether the account has the issue if it doesn't work here. If it does, then the issue is somehow local to your machine and we can take it from there
2) Try a clean login to regenerate the cookies:
Goto the ACCOUNTS tab
Check the account
Right click the account and select DELETE COOKIES
click the link VALIDATE:LOGIN
This will create an action and send it to the PROCESSING TAB
Goto the processing tab and click RUN. The action will run.
You can double click the action to view the logs and submit logs.
Then try a MASS COMMENT to comment on a single track with the account, does it work?
