HOW HIGH CAN I SET MY DAILY MAX ACTIONS WITHOUT GETTING BANNED?

i WANT TO DO 100 LIKES, 100 FOLLOWS, AND 100 MESSAGES PER DAY. wILL i GET BANNED¿ i AM ONLY USING THIS BOT FOR MY ONE ACCOUNT.

Banned no, blocked, probably after some time.
100 DMs a day is a lot.
Even 100 follows a day 7 days a week is a lot. I've seen accounts get blocked doing this, a few years ago the safe limit was 80 with no blocks. Not sure if that limit is still valid, haven't tested myself for a while, but assume it's still good

Thanks for the response. what does getting blocked consist of? how can i tell if the account has been blocked?

blocked means your account still exists, but SC will not let you like for 24 hours or 48 hours (or follow or comment etc)
