Please perform:
1) Clear logs: HELP > LOGS > DELETE
2) Run the action that you are having an issue with.
***
DO NOT RUN ANY OTHER ACTIONS AT THE SAME TIME
***
Goto the ACCOUNTS tab
Select a SINGLE (one) account
Check the account
Right click the account and select DELETE COOKIES
click the link VERIFY:LOGIN
This will create an action and send it to the PROCESSING TAB
Goto the processing tab and click RUN. The action will run.
You can double click the action to view the logs and submit logs.
If that doesn't resolve your issue, please submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
Regards,
Martin
3) If the issue happens again, submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

Martin

I removed your post above as it contained proxy / usernam / password info, as it was just a log, I couldn't be bothered to edit it, as I have the info I need in your logs.
Not sure why it is not working for this account. Just looks broken again
Testing...

The account in logs works perfectly here.
Where are you in the world are you?
Can you update:

Maybe you have the version that doesn't handle non-English use of . , for decimals correctly

No, it isn't the same issue as before. But the account works here, so it isn't the account.
Can you get ANY accounts to login? Or does nothing work for you?
Also, send me an email, might be quicker to get it up and running for you as I may need to run multiple tests for me

Martin

Re: **BROKEN AGAIN*** - login Broken - 25th June 2021
How was the workaround for already imported accounts without "store cookies" ?
I know there was an option to create them manually ( manuell browser login? etc) never used this function.
Can't find the option on the view account tab anymore...

manual login was removed as SC were able to detect the automated browser and I couldn't figure out how.Just A User wrote: ↑Sat Jun 26, 2021 11:27 pm How was the workaround for already imported accounts without "store cookies" ?

Right now there is no way to login until I get this change to the login form updated. Hopefully it won't take as long as last time, but who knows
