Why SCM freezes all system with no task running?

we can try and clean up your processed records
goto follow tab
select and check all the accounts
right click > global processed >Map Shared Merged Logs To Global Records
WARNING, processor MUST NOT be running, if it is, restart app. If you use AUTO RUN on processing tab, disable able it then restart
Program will do some cleaning up.
This will help with CPU, but is unlikely do anything for your memory usage. But run it and let me know how it goes.
