Failed plays

Hi

For a few days now every new song that I add to increase plays just gets "FAILED: plays|"
I have a few songs runing and the ones that have been added over a week ago work just fine and are increasing plays. Its only when I add new songs. Mind you Im using the same proxies for the previously added songs, so thats why this does not make any sense to me. The software is uptodate.

I have deleted all the logs etc and submited my log file. The ID is: 28582

Please be aware of days / time zone. Saturday /Sunday are weekend days and support not guaranteed to be answered, although usually you can expect answers saturday morning.

As for time zone, we are GMT-5hrs, so please be aware of that as well with regarding to working hours 0800 to 1800 Monday to Friday.

As to your issue, double check the proxies, make sure proxies not over used, run a test, stop / delete / pause all existing actions, add a new action to play a new song with the proxies with 1 thread. Does that work?
