therealxyeen wrote: Sat Mar 06, 2021 6:39 pm I just ran a quick test run. I applied the user url to the *WHITELIST* for all accounts and ran the process. It still commented on the user.

This specific person does not like receiving promotional comments. I dunno if its a bug. but I submitted logs and I hope you can help me. I have to run like 400 a day so blacklisting each one would be time consuming.

could you possibly add a feature that will *IGNORE* a specified url? I can even pay extra if its hard to do.

I also tried the filter one and that didn't work either.
Can you let me know what you entered to the whitelist? It should work, in my tests it does.
Let me know if you checked AND highlighted the account(s) to assign the whitelist to.
And submit logs
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the numbers are sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

Send the profile details via email if you don't want them public:

Code: Select all

On the comment section, I am trying to blacklist this user.

i put them in the white list. https://soundcloud.com/stabhappy

When I create new bots, I dont want any of them to comment on this user's tracks.

you will have to readd the whitelist to the new accounts, did you do that?

What you could do, make a GLOBAL PROCESSED LOGs

Check the accounts on the comment tab
right click > GLOBAL PROCESSED LOG > ADD > give an id {1} to this global log

Now whitelist the user.

Whenever you add new accounts in future, just add the new accounts to the global log entered above {1} and they will pick up on this global ID, might be quicker than adding multiple whitelists every time

ok, have made some improvements as it seems it depends on the search if the above will work. Have fixed it so it will always work for the next update

I'll let you know when the update is ready
