Unknown Error when Increasing Plays

hey guys ,
i'd really appreciate it if someone could help with this ...
i've been using SCM for a while & never have i seen this . its honestly frustrating lol .
its happens everytime i try to process plays or follows .
i click Play & go to Processor , it immediately says failed .
i double click it & see this ...

* UNKNOWN ERROR OCCURRED - see logs for more info.
If the problem continues, please submit logs to support.

If you can help that’ll be great thank you 🙏🏾😅

Can you please give me 1 action settings (either follow or plays) that i can replicate the issue for you?

Can you please copy the WHOLE real time log of that action and post them here that i can see the issue?

Also,

Please submit logs -

GOTO APPLICATION TOP BAR
HELP > LOG > DELETE ALL THE LOGS

RUN THE ACTION (any of your action that is causing the error )

GOTO HELP > LOG > SUBMIT

Do not run any other actions, just run the action and after it ends, submit the log, also note the log id
Post the log ID here.
