Please open SCM app
Goto Messaging Tab
Click on the 3rd option like I gave instruction in the image below

You will see new UI like this image below

Now select the accounts by which you will perform the message sending
Click on set message
and set them in single comment mode or in multiline comment
check message user once ( if you don't want to send message to same parson again )
Uncheck play tracks
Un check all others If not needed.
Set the time intervals
Set the message numbers

Now, if you want to search user and send message then confiure it as you need

IF you want from file then you need the Target Soundcloud urls 1 per line in a text file
