Advice for scraped email list

Hello, so I've gone through this process thus far:

1) Scraped users from relevant accounts
2) Scraped emails from the users
3) Removed duplicates, sorted in Notepad++

I now have a few thousand emails. I'm very beginner with bulk email sending, but from some searching online it seems I need to:

1) audit the list to avoid being dumped into spam folders,etc.
2) Purchase a program to avoid limitations i.e. (hotmail 100 users per day, gmail 500 per message).

My question is, are there any tools you would suggest? Am I able to send a few batches via gmail manually?

you need a VPS server (few $ a month is fine).
Import your emails
send mails, I think there is a limit of some thousand a day, all mail is routed through SES on amazon and has a good mail inbox delivery rate for the cost.

This is for actual /real mails. As you have to hook up bounce / spam handlers, so if you are spamming hard and generating compaints you will get banned.

But if you are trying to let people know about something they may be interested in, you will be ok
