User scraping question

Hey I was wondering if there are safe limits or any limitations preventing from say scraping a user with lots of followers 30k+

I was scraping users from https://soundcloud.com/kshmr (305k) and Soundcloud Manager stopped at 10k. Am I doing anything wrong?

My intent is to scrape emails from similar artists' followers, any suggestions?
