Post by swagBBY2thicc »

All of my processes have come to a halt, it completely stopped working.

I tried deleting certain actions & even deleting accounts but nothing. It wouldn't even let me validate an account.

at this point I tried updating sc manager & it's still broken.

pls help,

Describe what is going wrong: Nothing is working, at all.

Describe what was expected: I want my processes to, you know, process.

Describe the steps to replicate your issue. A list of instruction steps. As soon as I start up my soundcloud manager a message appears & after that nothing is operational.

My messages haven't worked for a long time but I'm past that, I want to use soundcloud manager for follow/unfollow now.

this is exactly what it looks like every time I load up soundcloud manager: https://ibb.co/m1Dr95

p.s. at this point I think I need to reset my licence or something because literally NOTHING is working.

Something seems to be very wrong ! It is as if something modified your database folder mid action, or something is refusing access

If you have AUTORUN on the processor turned on, turn it off.
Start / restart the program
goto ACCOUNTS tab
check your account
click VERIFY: LOGIN

run the action

submit logs
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

Do you have actions in your processor you want to keep?

If not, try and delete them all

close app

goto
%appdata%\rootjazz\soundcloud manager\database\dbaction

select all folders > delete

Load the app
goto HELP > LOGS > VIEW
delete all the files in the logs folder that opens.

try and run your verify account action as detail in my reply above

submit logs again

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
