1. how many accounts/proxy is safe to run in SCM?..

you mean how many accounts per proxy. For more detailed answer search teh forum, as I have typed it out many times. But as long as you don't spam go to hard, you can have a few

2. do you recommend using the same IPs to create SC accounts and run bot activities with?

yes, most people signup and will use the account with the same IP when using SC in the browser, you should try and do the same.

Or is it ok to create multiple accounts with one IP and run bots on different private proxies?

I doubt it. SC will see this one IP has created multiple accounts, it is a footprint

3. does the age of accounts matter in terms of the limit of bot activities?

don't know, probably get away with more with a long term quality account, than a new account just signed up on a public proxy

can I run more activities with aged accounts?

don't know. As above, I imagine so, but test it and see
