merge logs, share across accs

share actions will merge logs for the accounts in that shared action for that action.

merge actions, will merge accounts at that point. When they start doing new actions they will be out of sync.

to permanently sync accounts, use the right click option GLOBAL ALREADY PROCESSED LOGS
