How to manually blacklist urls

Hello, I would like to know how to block specific urls from being processed. When sending messages there are certain urls that I want to specifically blacklist but I'm confused because its labeled as "whitelist" under search users and pm


Do i add the urls to this whitelist file ,so that they aren't processed when sending pm(s)?

you mean profiles that you will not process?

so in relation to PMs:

do not PM these users

If so, use whitelist - the term is used interchangeably
