Freezing When Manually Generating Cookies

Post by givemeaname »

Hi, not sure if this is just my issue or a change in Soundcloud, but I've tried on two machines now to manually generate cookies but when I try to the program freezes after clicking OK once I am logged in. The Chrome Driver says ERROR:network_change_notifier_win.cc<156> WSALookupserviceBegin failed with: 0

Hope it's not a tough fix, thanks.

ensure all .exe and dlls in the program files\soundcloud manager\ folder are whitelisted in your AV software

Yeah it's up to date, tested on all three computers but all have the same issue.

I have different AV on each computer, one is AVAST another is Norton and don't know if there is any on the third, but I tried it with it off on all three and when I press OK, they all end up freezing. I was able to get Firefox to work on them also, I don't know if Gecko is downloaded by default with the program but that's what my issue with that was. Either way, both browsers have the same issue on my computers.

firefox must be version 45 or less and 32bit.

Chrome should just work (you do have chrome on there?)

checking logs now

your logs imply you have the wrong version of firefox for this to work. I don't see any failed chrome attempts

Please perform the following:

Open the program. Delete or pause all existing actions. If actions are already running due to autorun on startup, disable autorun at startup and restart the app. All actions must be waiting, then pause all (or delete)

Delete existing logs
HELP > LOGS > VIEW
delete all files in the folder that opens

Perform the action:
***
SETTINGS tab, select chrome
attempt to browser login action

***

PLEASE NOTE: Do not perform other actions at the same time. Only use one thread. Do not run any actions after this action.

Then submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

and let me know the LOGS ID (just the number part is sufficient)

Martin

Ok tried again, it wasn't in there because I deleted all of the logs from before which were really big. I used version 45.0.2 on Mozilla before, is that not the correct one?

So i did just Chrome, my logs are 55160, thanks

And from another machine that I ran both of them on I submitted logs if they help at all, 99247 are those ones.
