As I said for me it's working. So perhaps it's something to do with the accounts, or IP, or my machine. If your accounts work or don't work for me, it allows us to narrow down the cause of why it's not working for you

If so, export the account (export button bottom right of accounts list) and email the exported file:

just replied to email. My apologies for the delay in getting round to this. Unacceptable to be honest.

The reason is you are trying to log in with EMAIL.
I don't know why that does not work, but it doesn't. Use the PERMALINK

No idea why, trying to figure that out. But it's a start...
