if you want to have precise control, as in you set exactly which each blog will be, then you have to do it one by one. If you just want to add multiple random options and have the blogs updated randomly then you just add your various titles / descriptions in the box, one per line

Also where are you in the world? Maybe tumblr are testing the new login based on IP, or browser or something else.
