Your logs indicate the following: SCM thinks it has only followed 31 people When it scrapes your current followings, those 31 are no longer followed (already unfollowed) Thus it cannot unfollow any more "bot follows" Now, as you say you have followed +1500 with SCM, something is wrong here...
