What program are you referring to?
Can you submit your logs
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
If not feature is working, it sounds like probably your AV software has removed a DLL that the program requires, thus when it tries to access it, it cannot and then fails. But your logs should give more info

I think I wasn't perhaps clear. The humancoder function is working IF it has to solve a normal captcha ( tested the library used on a custom page generating a normal captcha, so I know the code will work). Can you generate this every time with a single proxy?
If so, can you send the proxy here for testing. another using sent a proxy that failed for them but worked here, which wasn't much help, but I might have better luck failing here with one of yours
