Are you using public proxies by any chance?
The message means, the program tried to pull the page and wasn't able to. 9/10 this is due to public proxies not working.
If you were not using proxies, or using known working / private proxies, do let me know and we can investigate further.

Just occurred to me. If you try and run multiple action using the SAME account. Then the program will only process ONE action at at time for that user. This is to avoid doing too much with a single user at any one time, that could be consider "not normal behaviour", as a single user cannot...
