Still seeing Daily limit fluct apply (stored): 490

I set the limit fluct to 1, is this correct, do I need to wait 24 hours?

Changed global in settings to 1. restarted the app.

still shows 100.

now it is saying Daily limit fluct apply (stored): 490
Account Daily limit: 390 follow
Global fluct daily limit: 100

Thanks, it's working, I'm still seeing Daily limit fluct apply (stored): 490 I don't see 490 anywhere in the program where I could change it, I've reset the global to 0, and now using the account limit, which is set to 390, so I'm not sure about the 490 figure. thank you for your time, PS: off-topic...
