How can I make accounts follow each other after a task?

I was doing reply to tweet search one time and I did something to make those accounts follow each other, but can't seem to remember what it was

Hi. This issue is still persistent.

I installed on three machines the updated tool but they didn't start

Edit: Works on main machine, but other two don't open.

How can I install on new machines? Do I need to do something else after installation
