I will look for a provider/feature that can separate the data being used as per proxy/IP and then assign one proxy per account. I guess this should do the trick until I get a grasp of what action (and associated results) spend how much data.

easiest way I can think of is to use a global setting: scrape_engagement_from retweets = on/off so it either does it, or it doesn't.
