I got the same exact issue when I tried to update the Avatar and header image to accounts. I have submitted the logs, code is: 32608

Suggestion: Add the ability to create account categories and move accounts into different categories to better organize them.

Does it only mention each account once and then never uses them again? If so then that may be the problem. I restarted the program and it works now.
