Hello, ive been using the comment feature for awhile and for some reason its not working. when i run it it says completed within 10 seconds with out commenting. It looks like its not finding/scraping any songs to comment on even though i have all the filters set. Heres my log id- 5753

Hello, ive been running into (ip blacklisted) errors and its keeping me from creating new soundcloud accounts and running comments under tracks. I have been using my private proxies i pay for every month but now that they are blacklisted i cant use them. Is there any other types of proxies i can use...

Hello, I scraped a bunch of profiles with the scrape tool, but when I put the file path containing these profiles in the task and hit scrape emails it says “there be no file there”. I’ve double checked and the file path is correct and there is a file path there. Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

Reset my computer and was able to retrieve the logs. I sent them to your email

When I go to the logs in the files, the file is empty

I have tried to submit my logs but that also fails to do so.
