I've noticed that nearly all of my groups have under 20K users. Did you mean 20K tracks?

If I schedule a share to my list every 3 hours say, I presume after every 3 hours the software deletes the track from the groups on the list and then adds them back again - is this correct?

Also, how much time is there between deleting and then adding back to the group?

So I can't share to any of my groups with over 20K members? That's a shame because it's the function I am most interested in.

I have about 10 tracks in various genres, what would you suggest is the best way of getting the most plays by sharing to groups?
