Changed how warmup works, old actions will need to be rebuilt in the new format.

Make sure you add the config, then repeat your action, it won't fix it. It will still take 15+ minutes.

Then submit logs afterwards and I should be able to tell you more about the issue

the action tab may have a "follow" checkbox on it, check that.

Or you can use PRE ACTIONS, which will give you the option to follow before replying (and other preactions)
