Doesn't matter what other accounts are doing. You cannot expect to reply to 300 posts in 1-2 hours.

Was this is a new account for you to be using?
What sort of replies were you doing? Same text? Same keywords?

Searches need to proceed sequential as the next page relies on the ID contained in the previous page.

But if you can describe your search exactly there might be some ways to speed it up
