Not sure if it's possible, but will be nice to be able to drop a comment on the exact time frame of a soundcloud track. For instance leave 1 comment on 2:54 another one on 7:35 etc.

I know soundcloud considers a play when someone clicks on the play button, but since they added monetization for some territories would be cool to make plays for more than 30 secs or more
